Those are all authrorised resellers so you can bring it to any Apple authorized service centre I.e Machines/switch service centre..in fact thats the only place you could send your phone in..

yes confirm 1 Utama Mac City is part of the Apple Authorized service centre...Mac City used to have an outlet in one utama, but its closed now and replaced by Machines as new tenant. Mac City confirms they closed their retail outlet but remains their service centre, so its safe.

grabbed another one on 11.11 (15 plus pink) from IT World, just delivered.. stated delivery nov 19-21 but came today..

yes, im amazed with the packaging as well, comes with 3 layer of bubble wraps, not sure credit to IT world or lazada... also grabbed a usb-c adapter but it comes in a separate delivery, only 1 hour diff anyways (phone delivered by laz van, adapter by bike)... even the adapter box has 1 layer bubble wrap too... pretty happy with it..

no it doesnt, only the usual 1 year manufacturer warranty..

Warranty starts when you activate the phone, the receipt from TMT is good for reference but any warranty claims will need to bring back to authorized service centres i.e machines/switch/mac city etc

When you first setup the phone (going through activation for the first time), that’s when the warranty starts.

Yes the receipt is not important, as long as your device is still under warranty coverage. You can check it via settings - general - about - coverage.
