My understanding is we can send to any Apple authorised repair centre, other than can go to those reseller (the one we bought iPhone from) who
also has the authorised repair centre.

I am new to this. Other Taikor can correct me if I am wrong.

Those are all authrorised resellers so you can bring it to any Apple authorized service centre I.e Machines/switch service centre..in fact thats the only place you could send your phone in..

Because I’m new to this too and just bought iPhone 15 128GB during 11.11 from TMT through Shopee too

Looking for casing now. Otterbox casing are they good ? Prices seems to be RM40 to 50+ only.

yes confirm 1 Utama Mac City is part of the Apple Authorized service centre...Mac City used to have an outlet in one utama, but its closed now and replaced by Machines as new tenant. Mac City confirms they closed their retail outlet but remains their service centre, so its safe.

Probably they are fake. Otterbox cases mostly rm100 upwards.

Back then i used caudabe sheath for my iphone 13 pro, but havent managed to find ready stocks here in malaysia. The case is slim but protective.

I think wont be so fast as promo period sure alot of orders. My senheng order still stuck at processing eventhou i selected instore pickup.
