Plot twist. Our driver license is recognized throughout whole of ASEAN. There is an agreement to this, as long as there is English translation (which we already have), then it is recognized & valid. I've used it to rent cars in Thailand. aizielectreon, kangkayu, and 2 others liked this post

In UK, our drivers license is recognized for a period of 6 months (the period of your visa).
Have rented cars in UK & it was accepted as valid document. Edit: Not recognised in USA even though we have English on our drivers license. Need IDP for USA. This post has been edited by Lanchio: Sep 13 2023, 10:56 AM |
