Is there any easy-to-maintain downlights?

Like those  LED Recessed ES27 Fitting Downlight suits All E27 LED Bulb but seems like very difficult to find nowadays.

All pakai those downlights need to korek when need to change the bulb. When you korek, some plaster fall down.

Normal florescent tube is the best. Less glare, less led flicker, cheap tube replacement.

But fluorescent not power saving. LED use much lower power for same amount of light. 24 yrs, you lost a lot more in energy bill, more than your flurescent tubes.

then u r not using fluresecent tube, you are using LED on a flurorescent holder only.
