The leak looks like from copper pipe fitting. If that's the case, whoever installed the copper pipe is at fault.

Looking from the video, the copper piping was unsupported for so long (length)! Whoever did your piping was lazy. Just google how long pipes are allowed to run unsupported. Any vibration will be magnified.
