Iinm the putting cheese in everything trend in our country started with Korean cheese ramen that took a hit in our country several years ago and then our local food vendors, especially malay street and western food vendors make it to the extreme.

Anyway, that much cheese probably could easily kill a person with undiagnosed hypertension, heart attack and artery disorders lah, moreso if they don't know the conditions they are having.
