It's Maltodextrin, a type of carbohydrate from potato or grain starch mixed with cheese powder/coloring. Ppl are gullible enough to think it's real cheese.

Iinm the putting cheese in everything trend in our country started with Korean cheese ramen that took a hit in our country several years ago and then our local food vendors, especially malay street and western food vendors make it to the extreme.
