Cabinetry not sure, usually they subcon it to some suppliers like Signature Kitchen and doubt it will have any leftovers

If its building materials like paint and tiles, then yes usually they will have leftovers for defect livability period and you can approach your management that time for purchase, or they will just give if they are kind enough

Most cabinetry suppliers and contractor will be able to replicate the look of any cabinets. They have few catalogues of materials + colours from different suppliers.
