Below are the specifications of my current Desktop.

Motherboard: Asus PRIME B450M-K
RAM: 16GB RAM HyperX
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor
NEW GPU : MSI GTX 1070 AERO ITX
Casing: Basic Cooler Master Casing - No idea of the model name
Power Supply : Cooler Master Elite V4 - 600W
Storage: Currently 1 500gb HDD + 1 500gb m2.SSD

Usage:
This is purely for gaming only.

Requirement:-
1. Looking into RTX4070 GPU.
2. Might upgrade to 32 GB ram - depending on budget
3. Adding more storage due games size, maybe 1 TB or 2 TB m2.
4. I use a lot of Remote Play - Steam Link
5. Might look into extra cooling as well. Basically the CPU would be ON forever.

Looking for recommendation for me to upgrade and if the old components can be used back. And any vendors or shop as well for this. Thank you!

1. If opting for RTX4070 GPU, the PSU might need to be upgraded to at least 650W and at least Bronze rated. Silver or Gold rated is most recommended. But also do note that RTX4070 also available in either 8-pin PCIE power port or the newer 12VHPWR power port, so choose wisely.

2. Do note that despite RTX4070 is using PCIe 4.0x16, it will run on PCIe 3.0X16 speed due to your mobo and cpu limitation. Just minimal fps loses tho. But to enjoy full PCIe 4.0x16, the mobo must be upgrade at least B550 series and proc also need to be at least Ryzen 5 3600.

3. For CPU cooling, best to use reliable 240mm watercooling AIO.

4. You did mention that you wanna upgrade to 32GB RAM. So since your mobo has 2 slots, so best to buy in pairs (16GB x2). At the moment, ADATA and CORSAIR are available.

5. Recommended to use PCIe SSD as OS storage. Pay extra attention to TBW (Total Bytes Written) value, as it will indicate the lifetime of PCIe SSD. Check datasheets.

No budget provided. Not sure how far you wanna go.

Update your BIOS. Go for these.

No mention what type of games you play, on what resolution, and what budget you have.

Very vague for peeps to reckon as it can be limited upgrade to changing whole system as myway suggested.

Bro, I suggest u get brand new PC, not an upgrade. Next year probably a more exciting year for cpu and more matured ddr5 with better pricing. Why I say so:
Ur current PC:
Current Mobo vrm is probably not enough to support 8 core load
Current ram probably cannot support higher speed
Current cpu will likely bottleneck
Current gpu will likely bottleneck
