Those bun-in test is torture method not actual usage.

But actual usage it is too earlier to tell also.

I choose to believe as long not closing those prevention pixel shift and refresh, also with screen saver on where I set screen saver auto run after idle 2 minutes and screen off after 5 mins, with this settings,  I believe it shouldn't be that easier burn-in.

For actual case in my usage. So far ok but only LG C9 used for around 3 years. The rest is few months only.

  • 2020 - LG C9 - used as TV, no burn-in.
  • 2022 - Asus Vivobook 15 OLED - I buy demo set, no burn-in.
  • 2023 - LG OLED Flex - used as MacBook Pro M2 monitor, no burn-in.
  • 2023 - Samsung Odyssey OLED G9 - used as Gaming PC monitor, no burn-in.
  • 2023 - Asus Vivobook S 15 OLED - just purchased last month, no burn-in.

Do you have burn in on the start menu or menu bar where things are always static?
