I wonder is it possible an employee to quit company without serving notice period by just go missing for few days? Therefore causing termination, so if does so, is it one of the way to bypass notice period?

Nah I'm not the one leaving, just curious, my colleague left the company just like this by going MIA. I feel like this is like a loophole for employee to bypass it LOL
