All the structures here are very old. This is the right way to update the area and MABA will get some cashflow on top of a new HQ.

Another BBB project

from the z - series, seen like this is an freehold project, but honest speaking, the building color not ready match merdeka 118, one is blue glass, one is brown. Too contrast. Foresee 1.5K per-sqft price.

Like Butjaya Time Square having another sibling here.
Perhaps the brown matches the basketball color.

This is a very crude rendering just to court MABA. Don’t think their design details are set in stone yet till everything is signed and sealed.

So, will this latest 60 levels twin towers project upset all other EXISM Airbed and Breakfast projects within KLCC area ?

haha potentially. just the buyers thought they have got the best deals (first was Hugoz, far from klcc), then exsim launched even better apartment closer to klcc (Kyliez), now at 118 pulak

Yea the marked land is VI which isn’t going anywhere. MABA is behind 118 where Pik Wah restaurant is.

Oh oh, I though the map said basket ball court is the maba one and use it land to build. XD sorry. Better if you familiar the map can draw where the piece of land? Haha I am interest to know also.

The article spelt out redevelopment. I interpret the word is referring to redevelopment at the existing wisma.
Hence l pity the students of those schools surrounding it.
