250cfm not mean more energy. It mean more wind push over by the fan. This model comes with 6-inch. Does the size matters?

If you have a table fan or stand fan, feel the wind blow. Then check online what is CFM spec of the table fan. Then you know how much is 250cfm or 150cfm.
Generally exhaust fan don't need high cfm. Bigger size, higher CFM.
Reliable, get KDK or panasonic.
