Are there any CelcomDigi users here?

I have the following questions.

1) Does CelcomDigi share last mile connection with Unifi (like Maxis) or is it their own cable (like Time Broadband)?
2) Does CelcomDigi allocates everyone their own external IP address? Not talking about static IP. Do they employ CGNAT to assign one public external IP shared amongst multiple users?
3) Does CelcomDigi have any bandwidth throttling or is it bantai je?
