Does anyone know when aircon clean service bill issue?

Please be more precise. You can normally get the bill after contractor came and clean your aircon. So, i don't understand the purpose of this thread

It is because my house owner is holding my deposit till aircon service charge bill.
As you say, it is usually charged on the spot after done the maintenance.
But owner said wait aircon ssrvice bill
I m getting worry that she might scamming and not trying to refund deposit.
But the unit already rented out to another tenant.

First of all, check your tenancy agreement. Sometimes, the landlord can hold the utility deposit up to one month after your departure to settle any outstanding payment.

If there is no such clause, then you can ask the landlord when the contractor told her that the bill will be issued. If she say don't know, ask the contractor number under the pretense that you want to push for it as you need the money.

There is nothing outstanding payment.
When i asked when my deposit will be refunded? Owner said "Wait aircon service bill"...withn one month.
I think she doesn't know when the bill comes.
Well, i will chase and ask the contractor contact, IF one month passed. (As per law, lanlord need to refund withn 20 days though)
I feel very uneasy.
