What you mean transfer? If just transfer money then no cashback lah.

Unfortunately, GX bank is going down hill somewhat. They revise cashback for local spending from 1% down to 0.1%. They do saying 1% cashback for travel spending (possibly overseas spending) but that's useless for me because travel overseas seems rarely for me.

I have open GX bank account since April, but now I decided to close this GX bank account today and switch over to alliance bank. At least i would keep aeon bank at this time but not goanna last long for me as I would close it if something happen to rewards for aeon bank.

That free withdraw money from any ATM and no annual fee are nice to have. In fact just before I close this GX bank account I actually made some cash withdrawal at maybank ATM with GX card few months ago, the RM1 meps withdrawal fee has been waived.

Curiously, I saw a comment on GXBank post on Facebook showing while it says ZERO fees for GX card, RM1 MEPS ATM Fee waived, ZERO fees for overseas transaction and other new benefits, it get this "Get Ready to enjoy rewards with your GX card from 6 Nov 2024 to 6 May 2025". Any coincidence?

Anyone received prompt from Gx Bank regarding malicious apps so far?

Or only will start July 1st?

If so far I never receive any prompts from Gx app, does this mean my phone is good to go?

I plan to transfer out all my funds from Gx before July 1st  and wait and see whether I can still access the app.
