Principal Activity: SHG and its group of companies is principally involved in the retail of furniture, home décor and home living products available via its retail channel (retail outlets) and online channel (e-commerce website).

Furniture stock is cyclical. I still hold Homeritz at a loss but would keep it. I think furniture stock as long as they had no problem with foreign worker restrictions, they should be ok.

Read the IPO, I think the amount raised is fair. Current and non current liabilities at 30m. Paying 5m seems a lot less than what I expected.

The only strange thing is that the company made 31m in 2021 but only declared 7.6m in dividend. 2022 made 16m but declared 20m dividend and half of it being paid in 2023. This year they made 16m so far and only declared 700k?? And they dont even use it to pare down their borrowings of just 30m? Does it seems like they are cashing out and then raised 50m to cover their ass since the outlook is gloomy right now? After all, they get 50m and even if they declared another 10m as dividend, all we get is 1.25c dividend and the major shareholders still reap 75% of the 10m. So they get all the goodies plus 50m to play millionaires.

We wait for Evergreen Ipo now..next week will be listed

Boss will take the money before IPO. common, why keep in company and share with public.

Yes. It's don't look good...

But still better than others expected....

Not 100% allocation... but average higher than previous IPOs

If you look at the table, they know how to adjust. So 8x is very low to me. Hope nobody losing money on listing.

Yes. Still oversubscribed but the percentage not very impressive even the IPO price is 25c only....

i think part of the reason was it crashes with MINOX IPO deadline, two choose 1. Should still making money for those who got it.

Take note also that the no of sharea offered to the public is 40 millions which is about double of the average number for ace market.

The number of applications also plays roles...
