Principal Activity: SHG and its group of companies is principally involved in the retail of furniture, home décor and home living products available via its retail channel (retail outlets) and online channel (e-commerce website).

IPO in conjunction with the listing of SSF Home Group Berhad (“SHG”) on the ACE Market comprising:

(I) Public issue of 200,000,000 new ordinary shares in SHG ("Issue Shares") in the following manner:

40,000,000 Issue Shares made available for application by the Malaysian public;
40,000,000 Issue Shares made available for application by the eligible directors, employees and persons who have contributed to the success of SHG and its subsidiaries;
100,000,000 Issue Shares made available by way of private placement to Bumiputera investors approved by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry, Malaysia; and
20,000,000 Issue Shares made available by way of private placement to selected investors.
(II) Offer for sale of 24,000,000 existing ordinary shares in SHG by way of private placement to selected investors.

This ipo is quite good, the price ok, PE ok low, revenue stable.In my opinion,For this segment.i dont think jerung will attack this ipo.so my opinion, when jerung not attack when launching, price will go down.dont follow me, it is my opinion only.
