Hi guys is there any way that I can test & try a Asus Zenphone 10? Interested to try out the features before deciding whether worth the buy. So far couldn't find any physical shop in KL or JB.

i think no zenphone locally now. only grey market

Zenphone is phasing out. Heard 10 is their last call.
But yeah, not possible to test due to the above.

why would you want to get a zenphone ? i owned a zenfone 8. during warranty period it developed finger print sensor hardware issue, claimed warranty. just when warranty ended the motherboard failed. many problem with zenfones. you can google for it.

i like one-hand phone, pocket-sized, currently using Google Pixel 4a, so far so good but battery life is the problem.
and zenphone 10 fingerprint sensor is on power button unlike Pixel 4a that needs a full thumb (more difficult to unlock due to oil.. sweat..etc) it is easier to unlock (but i would like to verify physically)

based on its spec, the size & weight i think it is an upgraded version of my Pixel 4a, can fulfil my daily usage like social media, music, videos, exercise.. lightweight & convenient, as I travel to work by train. and lastly, not so expensive, below 2k if im not mistaken. will read more review to see whether worth the investment..

Asus zenphone series software support is super terrible though

I own Zenfone 8. The phone is nimble and petit. Unfortunately the firmware is meh. When this one die, I'll move back to Samsung.

oh shyt.. it seems only two years of Android OS updates and four years of security updates.. this is quite a major drawback..

just a noob question, what issue do u face/foresee with the 2 yrs OS update?

Many time the upgrade brings in another issue. Solve one problem, introduce 2 more problems. Serious battery drain, slow camera / video, auto brightness not working right, etc. All can be read at their ZenTalk forum.

At the moment, it's usable, stable, but not so sure for how long. Always gives me an anxiety when new firmware comes.

Almost bought the z10 because I'm fed up with big phones. I ended up buying S23 instead.

samseng users around me having bad experience and this kinda influence me not to consider samseng phone at all
