I plan to install 4000K cool white LED downlight for entire house including study room, except for curtain pelmet with L-box, kitchen under cabinet, entrance door, balcony, aircon yard which will be using 3000K warm white. Do you think 4000K is perfect choice for cozy reading? What is difference btw 4000K cool white vs 6500K day light when using for reading?
"In a study by the Lighting Research Center, participants who read under warm white LEDs scored an average of 5% higher on reading comprehension tests than those who read under cool white LEDs. That's a significant difference that could mean acing an exam or barely passing." Not sure if it really can create calm and efficient learning environment when using warmer light.

If in doubt find those offered by PHILIPS that you can alter the CCT 6500K-4000K-3000K. Then you no need to worry at all which is more suitable or not.
