How reliable is the HD 3850 blush.gif

By that I am thinking of rclxub.gif

-Cf worth it or not?
- Heat Problems?
- Bios need to be Flashed or not?
Some Pls are complaining about the CCC not responding?

Ok is 5 years witout any problems wit my currant rig is not considered long lasting then I might change for a boring green PCB and lower IQ image.
