lol. The sound is like something touching the fan. A wire perhaps. But when i check, its clear and nothing touches nothing. im so damn irritated by the noise now. It sounds like a heavy machine is operating on my room.

Ok, found the problem. The source is from my PSU. It didnt sit well on its place, thus, touching the casing and vibrate. But the sound of the 3850 is not quite also. At least compare to my old x1600. I need to get used to it though. Anyway, the card is really good. I play NFS:PS at high setting just now.  thumbup.gif

If you really checking regarding the "Current Clock Setting" that your GPU Clock at 300MHz, use RivaTuner Hardware Monitoring and then play a game... check your Hardware Monitoring status and you will see your GPU Clock shot up to the max you set biggrin.gif.

Hmm... so the one that you all used to do benchies all the while just free edition? unsure.gif

that's powerplay feature from AMD.
it will reduce the card power consumption in 2d mode.
just like amd's CnQ.

Haha... no wonder earlier I click on the link it was a review regarding Intel QX9770 and Q9450 processor laugh.gif.

Anyway, I rather than pick HIS HD3870 IceQ3 Turbo Edition than this Atomic OCed version smile.gif.

Well, isn't convenient to do maintenance on one which doesn't provide motherboard tray. Especially when you have big heatsink and big chunk cards etc. Anyway, I spotted some forumers posted their casing pictures which can "slide" out the whole motherboard tray including the rear of the casing. That would be something that I'm looking for smile.gif.

Vacuum generate high air pressure with electrostatic ma... and electrostatic can harm your electronic equipments... especially like motherboard, etc. Isn't? huh.gif
