Ok, found the problem. The source is from my PSU. It didnt sit well on its place, thus, touching the casing and vibrate. But the sound of the 3850 is not quite also. At least compare to my old x1600. I need to get used to it though. Anyway, the card is really good. I play NFS:PS at high setting just now.
