Lakeside Residences @Puchong has been around since 2007, and recently they're going to launch a new condo project in Q4 2023 (expected October), called Loop City.

In mainstream media:
Loop City @Lakeside Puchong

Sales gallery not yet ready but can call up the developer Glomac to talk to staff to ask about it I suppose.

It's leasehold, near Lotus's Puchong, nearest competitor I guess would be Danau Puchong.

Any Lakeside Residences residents can share about how the surroundings are like? Good neighbourhood?

Basically 2 exit routes? Can only exit to LDP right.

I guess they will never do a road connection to the other side of the river to SJ

I think that could be the trend now, especially for young people who have just started working not that long, else hard to afford the installments,
and so that it's not much more than renting a room,
in that case might as well for them to buy instead of continue renting to help landlord pay for other people's installments

If it's apple to apple, RM1000~2000+ monthly whether rent or pay own installment, the latter looks good. But have to check if location is ok for renting out in future if needed

You can only compare apples if they're the same amount: rent or buy, else they're not both apples.
If you choose to rent for that amount, you may vary the location, size etc,
similarly if it were to buy for the same amount, what are the options etc

You drunk?

Rent and buy will never be same amount. As I mentioned, for the same amount u buy and getting pigeon hole while rent you get proper 3 rooms unit in the same Puchong.

Or for the same pigeon hole u buy u pay 2k while rent only need 1k.

The only ppl that willing to pay for that size in Puchong is either developer staff or agent.

Consider someone started working not too long, can only spend RM2k on stay. Then it's his decision to rent or to buy. Only that budget is fixed, all else is variable, that's what we're saying here. Obviously the location, size, ++ would differ. The question here is to rent or to buy with that budget, not how big or where one stays

Renting is ok but for the long term, you want to be thinking about whether you'd like to own something eventually, or whether it does not matter at all.

If we're ok with the culture of just hire no need own, then we can rent for the rest of our lives

Budget is fixed but you don't need to spend all.

Own 450sf when you first started working will be crazy. It will take you years to upgrade.

First started working should rent a room and save up first. Or get rumawip is the best option.

How much you think can sell? My wildest guess 300k fully furnished.
