Yup it does work if your diet & workouts are good. But 'good' is subjective. You may think your food is clean and your workouts intense (gosh that reminds me someone posted that his intense workouts include kickbacks and curls

Can measure that way but that way ur just measuring your endurance.
Improvement is like this - today do 5 cycles in 20 minutes, tomorrow 7 cycles in 20 mins. Cause HIIT are meant to be short. If you can take more than 30mins that means your workout was not intense enough. |
