Did you apply ETA on the app first?

601 application won't show up in the ImmiAccount. there is a special link to it.
my case was, I applied ETA then got rejected. Received an email with a PDF with instruction what to do. Inside the PDF, there is a special link to 601 in ImmiAccount. remember don't re-apply or pay the second time.
i paid on ETA app once only. when you submit supplementary information via the link in the PDF, you don't have to pay the second time.

Most of the application for Malaysia via the ETA app will bw rejected outright. However, you will receive an email with a special link to the IMMi site to submit supplementary info. without the need to pay additional aud190.


This pdf is exactly what i received. My colleague did not notice the link and went ahead to apply for 600 instead. Double payment aud 20 + 190

Yes, they did but they went and apply 600 from immi site without using the link from the PDF.. so they paid additional 190aud 😅
Anyway, they got it approved with company invitation letter.

I went to Brissie for a week for training. Applied ETA, got rejected but were requested to submit documents. i requested for a letter from my company stating the purpose of my travel and that all my expenses there will be fully paid by the company. Got approved after a week+.
