Yes, I am referring to the standard Autopilot, not EAP.

I remember I saw some videos online talking about this (which is why I gave it a try) but now I can’t find the video anymore. Doing some search also not able to find any info on this on the internet. But I did tried it yesterday and have Autopilot drive itself for roughly 20km stretch on highway without touching the steering wheel. However, the detection is not that accurate yet where it fails to detect your hand sometimes, need to try it more.

Found it : https://youtube.com/shorts/LAyHvrwmYx0

it works but one rempit diagonally cuts you the car brakes very abruptly. notice sometimes got phantom braking under bridge. not sure due to shadow or can detect ninja PDRM camera.

I always remember this Honda HR-V with Honda Sensing that kinda emergency brake when there was an overhead bridge... likely due to the shadow on the floor. But hey, luckily I haven't faced this on the Auto Steer yet.

It always a risk. That’s why its called Beta. The term “beta” kind of takes of the liability away from Tesla. Other manufacturers do this as well with various other words.

No mainstream manufacturer wants to market “real self driving” yet.

Random city highway with overhead road. Just before going under the bridge in the afternoon I suspect due to shadow the car somehow slows itself down (no car in front or beside me) so have no choice but to tekan minyak otherwise random fler behind me cucuk might kiss my back

It doesn't happen all the time la. Luckily it was not say a sudden brake but you know the car is slowing down.

If the car "detected" there's obstacle in front, it would gave warning beeps.

If sudden slow down, like my case, it was due to the speed limit while going under the overhead pass. The speed limit was a hard impose, meaning you can only go 10km/h max over the limit.

The LDP one, I think it was reduced to 50 km/h, or even certain stretch.

hmm no warning beeps. speed limit should be constant though. 90km/h Cheras-Kajang Expressway, from 90km/h then drop to about 65-70

Tesla owners, do you typically achieve the advertised WLTP range?

The speed limit icon, does it change? That is an indicator.

NO. But the range calculated by the trip meter is accurate.

Tesla Malaysia website shows WLTP range but in the car it shows EPA range. EPA range is closer to the real world range and it is achievable under optimal conditions.

I think it’s quite unlikely to achieve the advertised WLTP range unless you’re testing in a controlled environment.

So, what I'm getting here is that real life range is more like 80% of the advertised WLTP figure.

Makes sense though, a car this fast is not meant for light footers..

Difficult la... irresistible... tesla has good ratings la, but also got good power... so mileage varies depends on the right foot.

Only possible if you can drive 80-90km/h for a long distance around 1-6am. I think only teslabjorn achieved it before.

Hi all. Planning to get a juniper soon. Anyone know of a place where they can tint the roof and the back in one piece, but with different rating?

Planning to put almost zero for the roof, but want normal for rear window
