1) log in with new account,
2) get warning, frozen because not Real Name verified
3) go try Verification
4) pick Passport,

return warning this account not yet bind with Alipay. please bind 1st ( already frozen my account how to bind?)

try again,

1) login with Alipay in Taobao Apps..
2) Ask which taobao account to bind, but those account are "frozen", same number with my Alipay..

Currently taobao easily got frozen account. Luckily mine registered 5 years ago able to login

verify thru Email and then thru SMS. then request for call from the CS. Problem solved.
