its not about paying first , more to how are they forcing the change of due date while the bill date is 10th of every month.

i would prefer to have them same due to my other payments to make my life easier and it was Always on 10th for the past 20 years or so

Hello, let say you sign up on 1 July 2024, they bill you on 23 July 2024, after that, few months later, they bill you on 18 or 19th of the month, how can this be 1 month period to pay?

Is this the so-called the T&C changed without prior notice?

This is seriously an unethical method applied in their backend Billing System.

Went to CS, they couldn't explain why... and reluctant to clarify the issue on this.

Is about time to escalate this issue to Digital Ministry, MCMC and Consumer Tribunal...

They changed their Billing cycle without formally informing and explaining to customers or end users. So when you got un-noticed, you will be barred and pay unlocking fees...etc.

Hello

It will be prorated

Maxis uses SAP for their bill creation

It doesn’t make mistakes for one person

Everyone will notice as it handles tens of millions of copies a month

Don’t worry just pay and be happy or switch out bro

You still didn't answer my question and explain why the billing date and due date can be "manipulated" to a less than the stipulated time? "Hiding" under T&C?

Are you implying that you agree to their "unethical" practices in their Billing system without explaining and prior informing to end users?

If not mistaken, you can call in to change the billing date. I only realize the due date is earlier than before but my billing date still same.
