Folks, does anyone know if Stemlife now does NOT offer any annual payment anymore?

Recently, I received notice that I cannot make annual payment. The offer letter did not state clearly that there is no annual payment. After ding dong with their customer support, it's either 10 or 20 years upfront payment. I have been making annual payment for 20 years and now suddenly they told me cannot make annual payment.

So, am asking you folks...is there such a thing nowadays with Stemlife? Can only pay either 10 or 20 years upfront?

p.s. My family (with 2 kids) were one of their first few customers. Having meet the 2 ladies (Sharon Low and Christina Lim) personally when they were starting up the business.
