I got a bad experience from one employer, they informed me they cancelled interview appointment, after that they never gotten back to me.

Now there is this reputable co, called me for interview, seem to went on ok.

Then they call me for 2nd round interview.

But 3 days before, the interviewer suddenly got emergency cannot make it.

The HR called me that they will reschedule, but don't know what date.

You think the interview is over? no more chance?

Relax dulu bro.......

If the interviewer is on MC you wanna force the process meh.....

After a week email back the HR of the company to follow up to show you are still interested. Chase every week until they give an answer to another interview or NO to your job.

Good luck.

Its also a good indicator of how professional the HR is. If the HR quiet type then the HR is crap. Most professional company will inform you yes or no right away. Best for all parties.

Happened to me twice in my career, called me for interview, i came, then they told me the interviewer was on leave. Back then i was just a graduate and nice guy.

if u r badly treated during the recruitment process, it will be even worse after u join

how they approach u during this process is a reflection of their internal turmoil

if u encounter this, run for your life
