Stress test is good to do, but it can get false negative. I failed my stress test but I later did additional tests, my cardio say my heart ok.
Angiogram is the gold standard, but I am not sure you would want to have a cathetor in your groin area, and cardio guide a wire from there all the way to your heart to check for blockages.
One way or another, start with stress test, but pls make sure you have a comprehensive scan of your heart.
Good explanation, I haven't done one before. Although I work out 3 times a week at the gym with one hour of straight cardio without having chest pains or stopping to drink water every 10 mins, I might want to not push myself too much.
