I went to cardiologist to get an echocardiogram and CT angiogram, he gave me greenlight my heart is ok.

I encourage everyone to get their heart checked out and get clearance.

Cardiologist see no major arteries blocked, then you can exercise moderately.

Its a CT angiogram so its damn expensive, about 4k. Check your co insurance cover or not.

Stress test is good to do, but it can get false negative. I failed my stress test but I later did additional tests, my cardio say my heart ok.

Angiogram is the gold standard, but I am not sure you would want to have a cathetor in your groin area, and cardio guide a wire from there all the way to your heart to check for blockages.

One way or another, start with stress test, but pls make sure you have a comprehensive scan of your heart.

if you want non-invasive, try CT angiogram.

but its a blast of radiation and is quite expensive.

not offered in all hospitals only some, as the cT need to be state of the art and most modern in msia.
