Not really about genetics, but my circle of Chinese friends who kena heart related health problems are usually due to 5 factors:

1. Alcohol consumption
2. Work Stress
3. Unhealthy eating habits (fat food, salty food, sweet food)
4. Lack of exercise
5. Smoking

Now out of these 5 things, Some racing doesn't drink and tends to be more chill, hence not much stress. But they still smoke and consume very unhealthy stuff (especially dibitus inducing drinks), so the risk factor is there.

Too many people die suddenly like a fly.

It's all frequently happened after taking covid vaccine
