QUOTE(J0EY @ Nov 18 2007, 09:23 AM) Is it good/durable enough for 7/24 BT downloading??? Think of want to get one for my bf QUOTE(Gen-X @ Nov 18 2007, 10:48 AM) if really getting one for 7/24 downloading, then better get a proper notebook/desktop since it ain't going to be portable anyway. Furthermore as you are aware, it has only 4GB SSD and no DVDRW for burning to DVD, by the time to add these item, you can already get a notebook. as for me, it would be an excellence bt m/c (provided that it could stands for long hr downloading), like the price, size, weight & low power consumption, just hook up an external hdd will do

QUOTE(ezralimm @ Jan 10 2008, 11:32 AM) It's not exactly a SSD lar.. it's a CF card. Like some ppl are running linux off pendrives. SSDs have better performance in general than CF cards and pendrives. CF based...?? it is freaky slow right....

QUOTE(splua333 @ Jan 31 2008, 02:47 PM) im using the A-Data 8G Class6 SDHC too, same model. use HDTune to test the write and read speed. try atto disk benchmark, it is only 68kb in size, no installation required.... free, clean and sleek http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...post&p=15346363
