For my case I'd have to install Windows cos OpenOffice Writer or even AbiWord just doesn't seem to have that simple thing that I use in MS Word... viewing in 'Normal' whereby I can see things like Page Break etc.

Just wondering, how big's the box? Was wondering whether to ask my colleague to leave it in the box if she manages to get for me from Taiwan.

Got it from Taiwan. Colleague helped me get while on hol there. NT13,800. Just too bad the exchange rate wasn't as good when changed money for it. Works out to about RM1,470. Comes with 1GB ram and a black mouse. But put in a 2GB ram instead.

QUOTE(iRonTech @ Dec 22 2007, 03:35 PM) Nice!! Nice!!! Rm 1470 is very good pricing for 8GB. Taiwan unit, come with 1 or 2 yrs warranty?? Eh... that one I ain't too sure. Doesn't matter anyway since the warranty ain't valid here. And that's why I just went ahead to install the 2GB RAM.
