Hi, nowadays we know malaysia hit by inflation after covid.
All eletrical appliance which most come from outside get price hike.

Even before m40 become like b40 nowadays.

And now a lot of china eletrical company become more2 reliable as before, and some of them even acquire a japanese company.

Hope this thread helping other m40 and b40 choosing a better alternative yet good quality product from china brand.

I personally plan to buy haier frontload 10kg washing machine
How u guys suggest its reliability and customer service?

You may want to consider looking into the warranties given by the different brands. Example; Haier gives more warranty years for their Aircond compared to other companies without having to buy any extended warranty. That can save you some bucks, give you more peace of mind or could be a way of saying we trust our quality to be able to give you longer warranty.

ah..here we go again with top vs front loader.
btw ..front loader more atas, but in term of reliabiliity . i think top loader last longer cause from design perspective top loader tends to have less component. hence lower chance to fail.
btw i am considering to buy a washing machine too...
same dillemma..

front loader is like conti ..shiok but less reliable.
/ktard comment a bit pls..thanks.

Buy one that has a service centre near or within your place for any warranty reasons...

Not just brands and prices.... No service shops.... Forget buying.

i will go for Midea , cos sales volume is highest . hence spares will be easier to find years down the road.

reliability is about the same as all are top rated companies in china.
lemon units sure got ...see your luck !

CS hard to say , also depend where you stay ya.

i bought 2 Gree Aircond for my house cos the Service center is 15 mins to my house in SJ .
i did call them for service when 1 AC lost coldness. turns out installer fault.
They came 2 times fast cos they are near me.

For malaysia no need front loder

If u get 10kg for effective washing it’s actually 6-7kg onky, compare to top lod u stuff until 10kg still get effective full load

No. It's a 9kg machine and now can only wash max 8 pieces of clothing. Otherwise it will stuck during spinning stage. Already got toshiba technician to repair once, it was good for a while then degrade back again.

I've had a Hisense mini fridge for about 5 years.

Everything works fine except from time to time I have to defrost because ice collects around the freezer part.
