with current market condition is it worth risking your hard earn cash with shoplot in mentioned areas?
ss2 Du ss15 taman megah?
price tag is pretty hefty 6-10million range

got budget RM5mil, why not go for light industrial factory ?

many shoplot 1st floor and 2nd floor is vacant one...

solely rely on ground floor. yes, rental may hit RM10K-RM20K, but if it vacant for one two months, your cash flow also affected...
