I bought logitech G604 last year and having double-click issue.

If send to C-zone they will charge me to help me to send to the warranty center they said.

I'm living in Puchong. Any sifus here know where we can send directly to claim the warranty nearby?

There's a sticker. If there's none, just ask the distributors if the unit belongs to them. They just need your serial number.

MCL Bhd
Kaira technology

I only know these two distributors for Logitech.

If you still got the packaging, there's a sticker that tell which company import the mouse. Contact that company. The place I went to for my G502 claim is near Jaya 33.

No idea to be honest.

Seems like a rare breed in Malaysia.

RM189 for Razer Cobra wired which I am using for gaming.

Didn't look for non gaming mouse.

Have fun checking it out.

Wish there were trackballs with optical switches. Fortunately the M575's switches seem to be much longer-lasting than the M570.

I change the switch many time. Can get it from Shopee.

Not easy for people who don't no soldering. And it is tiny.

Nowaday I lazy to change the switch. Just get a new mouse.

I don't think you can just replace the switch just like that. The normal switch is short circuiting two point but optical switch need to power the sensor and use mechanical obstruction to trigger optical sensor.

Just buy good switch. It will last for many years. Look at the operating spec. smile.gif

I already modded my g304 to kalih gm4.0 switch.

Good findings, I suspect the optical microswitch would need additional power too as it uses optical instead of mechanical actuation contact to register a click

Can always engage those who repair mouse.

I've replaced the switches for multiple mice myself. They're now in kailh 4.0 and 8.0.

Logitech is known to use shitty switches so I just replace them these days once they go bad.

Switches are also dirt cheap. Like RM 5 for 4 pairs.

The microswitches are rated for 50-80M clicks nowadays.

Though in practical sense, they all still will get double click issue under 1-2 years, which unlikely to exceed even 1M of clicks.

I came across a theory before that it’s because it’s working at under rated voltage range by mouse makers to save power especially on wireless mouse. As a result the oxidation process happened worse than it’s designed.
