Would like to clarify if the owner under akpk is that able to sell away his own house ?

should be can....listed in akpk bt not bankruptcy...

Because some say unable to sell so just to seek for all here for the answers

maybe can check with owner why he listed in akpk?
due to credit card or what?
it is not normal for mortgage to list in akpk...lol

The owner told me is c.card & housing OD , so he is currently under akpk and he want to sell away the house but don’t know weather can a not ?

as logical, the house probably "caveat" by akpk.

When one under AKPK, he/she are restricted against taking new financial commitments and in no way restrict to sell any property under their name. The proceed will goes toward settlement of the mortgage and the residual will goes back to seller, if the selling price below the balance mortgage then seller will have to top-up the differential which in this case could be challenging for the seller

Logically , the money from the property sale will go to settle the debt

Will it be under akpk if manage to sell away the house and the value sell is higher then the owner debts after deduct the debts everything the balance will goes to the owner ?

Why dont you try to apply the home loan ? normally back will check vendor CTOS record during loan processing.

i foresee the owner hard to apply new loan, but not obstacle to sell off the house. As long he is paying the akpk on time and not making his property been auction. Normally people do akpk because his current salary are not capability to paying monthly payment, so apply akpk make it longer payment but lesser on par with his current affordability.

Only people with bankruptcy & in insolvency cannot sell the property.

Because owner in the business is getting worst , so his concern is he got the housing OD and unable to pay so he want to akpk and also want to sell away his house , so his concern is worry after akpk then unable to sell the house away
