Hi, I am Indonesian, frequent traveller to Malaysia due to medical reason (like 1-3 months once). So I keep my number active so that I dont keep buying new number.

Hotlink has grace period of 50 days, so if my next visit is more than the termination date, I usually topup RM5 using SeaGM to keep my number active.
But today, SeaGM did not provide anymore topup for Hotlink.

Do you have any idea what other service such as website or app that allow me to topup my hotlink and the payment is via credit card like SeaGM?

I topup Vn sim using Lazada Vn with msian credit card

Thus u can try login to Lazada, switch to msia region, and topup your sim using Indon cc

Then you should just change your prepaid plan to Pantas and buy 365 validity for RM30. Then you would not need to top up for 365 days.

u can top up via shoppee as well.
alternative option, u can buy rm10 coupon from any hand phone shop and keep it inside your wallet as back up plan.
