that's correct, everytime you gain a level, you critical strike chance will decrease. this is due to the amount of rating you require to achieve 1% critical strike chance at the that level is different.However, it slowly increases when i gained like half the xp bar..

for example:
for a warrior to achieve 1% critical strike chance,
at level 60 is = 20 agility / 14 critical strike rating
at level 70 is = 30 agility / 22.1 critical strike rating
even though you does gain 1-2 attribute points per level, it still couldn't cover the point you lose due to level gain in order to achieve 1%
