Folks.. I know this might be very early but there are some new kits that has emerged and will be used by the next season.

Here are the new National kits to be used by some countries by adidas:

Argentina Home & Away 2008-2009:

China Home 2008-2009:

Denmark Home 2008-2009:

Spain Away Away 2008-2009:

South Africa Home 2008-2009:

The south africa one looks great. But surprising to see Spain using gold as away. The China one has a chinese writing behind the jersey..

Thanks for the pics brother. The new adidas designs does not look as appealing as the current ones. That is my view.

I second that. It is too ordinary in my view. They isn't much change with the design.

Argentina have always been plain, which is the reason why i've never ever bought an Argentina kit. I'd fancy France or Germany kit over Argentina anytime. Sad that their kit don't match the way Argentina play.

I do hope that they don't do that. Currently the Adidas club jersey design is fine as it compare to the new national.

my gosh what have they done with the spain kit???? they just used one template for both spain kits and just changed the coulours??
it looks sooo plain and dull. like you buy a blank jersey and paste your team's logo on the front. crap. i wanted to buy the new spain shirt, looks like i'll get the current one they used for the world cup.
and please dont tell me one of these will be the template for next seasons liverpool home kit! they dont look nice at all.

personally, germany home is the best of the bunch...

from what I can see thus far, only Germany's and France's has additional patterns on the shirts, not for any other teams. and yes, the design is quite plain this time round, looks like tees if you ask me.

Yes.... Ireland kits all have sponsors (for replicas) since during the adidas days. But only printed on to supporters jersey (replica jerseys). Player version jerseys which is what the players wear don't have such sponsors (they are not allowed by FIFA). Previous it was OPEL and then it was eircom.

ic, oh yes, this remind me of the german team with mercedes logo on their training kit...anyway, do u know why fifa dun allow sponsors on the international jersey? coz it looks plain without sponsor on the jersey. i feel it will looks nicer with sponsor smile.gif

hmm.gif now the trend is to have simple "retro" looking designs on the kits. The argie and german kit from adidas is pretty nice. The dutch away kit is good looking too - nice colors.

wow! nice pics schmeichel7! thumbup.gif

noticed that Puma has the same NN template for all their kits, same case with Adidas. And Brazil is using last year's font?

must say that the Italy away kit is very stylo, very nice indeed. Portugal's new away looks like a play on their previous home and away kit, i.e. only change in colours.

Damn the Brazil kit looks really good. You'll need to buy just the right size to wear it coz it'll look good in slightly body hugging style.

Also, the color on Holland's away strip is pretty good as well. Personally, Holland's jersey has always been one of the best. The current Home orange jersey with that retro looking collar is one of the best looking ones. And then when it comes to matchday , the fans are all dressed in orange color and its a superb view.

Because they can put the number on the other side. This is psychology for their NNs sales. Customer buys the kit and feels... the kit is not complete if it's plain. So they buy la the NNs to make it look complete.

Simple marketing strategy.

call me old school, but always liked the numbers to be in the middle of the kit. makes it more symmetrical with the back, i.e. where the whole shirt is 'full'. tongue.gif

It is still early to judge which team do well. As the form in the qualifier will not count at all going to the tournament. The main thing is to pick up the form as the tournament progress. Strong bet that would do well in this major tournament would be the likes like Italy as well as Germany.

The brazil kit looks similar 90% of the time regardless of many times they change. Even so the new ones and the wc06. It's like the jerseys in the NBA\NFL\MLB, only subtle change.

um Serbia is made by Nike lah bro. not sure if it will ever come out in Asia, Serbia doesn't really have a big following you know. but the design is really simple and stylish, gold ticks and linings on pure white kit. class.

from what I can gather thus far, new Adidas kits will be in our shores by early 2008, while Sg will receive theirs maybe in Dec. not so sure about Nike yet though.
