report to MO, MO will visit and check, any leak repair cost will be bear by the upstair neighbour. Management will only bear the cost if fix the pipe at common area.

if the upstair neighbour reluctant to repait, need to open form 20, and any repair cost will charge to the upstair neighbour, your MO should be able to tell you what to do. everything refer to SMA act 2013
