If I buy iPad through the online Apple Store, can I pay through a credit card installment of three years with a Maybank credit card? Similar to the Machine and Switch offering?

Through official Apple online store cannot.

However, nothing is stopping you to put the transaction on credit card A, then go balance transfer to Credit Card B from another bank.

Why not just use the card on Apple Online Store, then call your card issuer to convert to installments...?

Machines is an Authorised Service Center. This means they have specific outlets that can check your device, warranty eligibility, and repair drop off/collection. For example, Curve and 1Utama outlets.

You need to make an appointment, through the https://support.apple.com website or the app which is much easier in my opinion!
