Managed to get Tawaran Bersyarat for a SAMM unit a couple of days back. Anyone else got the same or heard back at all?

Yeah 250k I think. Given a due date of 31/3 to submit documents then go for balloting once approved

Speaking to the SD it comes with 1 carpark. Floor plan doesn't seem to indicate a hackable wall like Serasi though. Definitely a 1+1 configuration only.

About 2 weeks ago? I initially had another SAMM property in waiting list but changed to this one once I found out. Surprised that I got the offer so quickly too.

Some docs to submit when I'm back in MY next week so not yet received the offer letter.

Status has changed to Terima Tawaran. Does it mean the unit has been approved and balloting is next?

I don't think we'll ever know because its turn based allocation. Have to wait until applicant fails finance or checks before you get your turn

Just done ballot for SAMM and got 22nd floor facing Da Men. Deposit paid Don't think there's gonna be any new developments to block the view but never say never eh?

Thanks. I was on the waiting list for Teja SAMM unit but then saw Hype was listed. I changed to Hype and got tawaran 1-2 days later maybe because I'm already on the waiting list for Teja so the system considers my application first?

I'm also hopeful SD buys that abandoned project and makes it into a green space like a park or something to break up the overdevelopment of the area.

Not very updated as I can see my unit listed as unsold even tho I already sign SPA since Sept 2024
