the SAMM unit is totally Unfurnish even kitchen cabinet also dont have, so 250k maybe using 50k to do fully furnish. so their cost is around 300k. but still consider cheap...

Furnishing 550sqft won't be 50k la. U said it urself the difference is 15k only if u take the furnished option.

The SAMM unit different open market unit, open market unit even not taken fully furnish, they will give partial furnish.

But the SAMM unit is bare unit, only have tiles , toilet bowl and basin. So u need to renovate all the thing.

Nowadays the renovation cost not cheap already, if u do little thing also need at least 25 to 40k

If you can get Hype, try get Hype, because in future if u upgrade or buy another Property, Hype Residential easy Rent out compare with Serasi.

Serasi is more on Own Stay but renting out is very difficult and low rental.

Now market not very good, my friend in the property line, he said the demand is still high, but most of the buyers had purchase the properties during Covid period due to better discount, now the buyers have weaker profile.

Now all the high rise building project is not easily to fully sold, one of reason is because higher density compared to before, now easily 40 storey and above, more units available to sell once they launched one block.

Hype consider Selling fast already, Tower A 2 Block already full sold last year, Tower B 1 Block Fully Sold, only Remain 1 Block Due to loan reject and some bigger unit.

Hype Tower A have 2 Block, Wing A and B , Tower B have 2 Block Wing C and D, now only left Wing C have loan reject unit... Wing A, B and D Sold out already.
