Is it worth it ka? Why so nice? Got hidden condition is it? What is refresh contract?

i think u need to extent your contract with them to get the free router ... there is no free lunch in this world ...

Now all isp contract if want terminate early need pay remaining month as penalty fee , last time got loophole if u move to area that don't have the coverage won't kena penalty this clause they remove this dy .

Damn my father just told me he agree to this free router through WhatsApp with unifi. Came here to read some info and off to a bad start.

We were already out of contract but since he accepted the offer now we are back under contract with unifi paying rm129 for 100mbps + a brand new wifi 6 router. Can I get your opinion on this?

Today he just replied yes to the WhatsApp message, if not mistaken the router will come in 14 days from now.

If your contract expired and wish to continue with UniFi then go to TM Point and request to see SWU 3.0 package.

if the offer 129 rm/100 mbps comes with a TV pack like ruby ,Aneka then is OK . 99rm + 30 rm tv pack .
plus you should also get 6 months free . no charge on the 100mbps bill.

I had this TV package since I sign up about 10 years or more already and I never used that unifi TV at all if there is a opportunity to cancel it I would.
The package my father agreed to on WhatsApp is just 1 free WiFi 6 router that's all.. Can they bound you into a contract by just replying to a WhatsApp message??? Bcs I don't agree with thus deal at all...

then better take the swu3 300mbps at 119 rm . ,get 6 months free. ,plus free router. this package average out to 89 rm pm .

the router cost is about 250 rm , not worth to take this .

Yes I want this plan, now the problem is I don't know if they will allow to switch to this swu3 plan when my father accepted the whatsapp offer of free just wifi6 router on Thursday. He was supposed to go to tm today but his dentist appointment didn't finish on time..

go the TM shop/ the owner need to go .
. they can fix it for you .

Monday I will personally drive him there. Hopefully they will allow bcs I did read the t&c at of the free wifi6 it says they don't allow cancellation..
