I'm interested in a particular location, there is an upcoming launch for 1.5 storey townhouse.
What exactly does the "0.5" storey refer to?
Also, is land area 22x70 considered okay?
1.5 storey townhouse - what is it?

well... CO home is no better than condo
and PSF is not much cheaper than standard landed. concept wise is nice, but really.... it is an interim solution. after a few years- will definately feel the urge to upgrade. it is also perceived by friends and family.... as you are almost there, but not there yet. |

Very awkward kind of layout imo , most of the time the 0.5 layer dun have toilet, so if u take btm half ur room at up stair , with no toilet, or if u take upper half, ur guess has to go upstair for toilet … , just not pratical

Actually co-home is a bit different, not 1.5 + 1.5 but you take whole floors (1 + 1). I think this is much better layout. Ecoworld semenyih got it going but now sime darby also have that at elmina. But yeah, not to my liking as you share the building with another. You may face common condo problems like ceiling leaks etc. It may be suitable for you if you and your parents/ siblings buy upstairs/downstairs. Then all in the family, easy to solve problems.
