I've been searching around for a better set of headphones for listening to music on the iPhone but, as you may know, the iPhones 3.5mm jack is recessed thereby rendering most headphones unusable. I thought that it might help if I list out the ones that I've found that are compatible as well as the ones that aren't.

Please let us know if you've found any headphones that fits the iPhone.

Fits
Razer m100 Ear Buds (White)

Does not fit
Sennheiser PX-200 (Black)

Hi Soon Wai,

You mean the razer m100 earbuds (white) can fit into the iPhone headphone port without any adapter? How's the sound quality like? good? deep bass?

Did you mean this? http://www.razerzone.com/index.php?main_pa...&products_id=34

stephentang, that's the one. Razer ProTone m100. Its 3.5mm jack has a soft rubber sheath that's actually bigger than the iPhone's headphone opening but it's soft enough that you can push it in. The sheath get compressed a little. I'll take a picture of it tomorrow to show you what I mean. Most other headphones I've tried, the jack is surrounded by hard plastic such as on the PX200.

I bought mine a year ago so hopefully it's still using the same material for the sheath.

Sound quality is OK. Bass is not too bad but I don't have audiophile ears. Then again for around RM100, it's not too bad.
