New landed in KV (North / North-Western corridor)

Where to buy new landed properties within central Klang Valley? I am not interested in faraway places like Bangi, Cyberjaya or Sepang. I’m more interested closer to central location. The one area caught my attention is Kwasa Damansara. Any other places on the central (slightly north also okay) part of Klang Valley?

City of Elmina (by Sime Darby Property) – Ilham Residence 3 Bandar Seri Coalfields (by KLK Land) – Jardin Phase 2 Gamuda Gardens (by Gamuda Land) – Joya / Valeria / Illaria Emerald Rawang (by Goucoland) – Blooming Residence These are some properties I have identified.
